    Hi Wiggs

Welcome to the forum; i'm new too so it would be good to get a group of us chatting regularly to see how it goes.

I'm only on day 3 but its been good so far; no side effects, but i've been really careful about what i eat.

    Good Luck

Hey, if we have been prescribed these tablets then we are probably all built for comfort not speed!

I am 6ft 2\" and around 23.5 stn (1.87m and 137 kg) and I am aiming for 95kg or around 13 stn. So I have a very long way to go but I am feeling positive. I have done this before and I will again.
