Hi. I started on 50mg and it's a rocky start but if stick with it to be honest. You should see an improvement in 3 weeks

I started on 50mg too, you'll get worse before you get better. just keep going, after about 4 weeks I felt OK.

I started on 50 and I am quite sensitive to medication. Its hard at first but starting at 25 means you will have to change dose again which will mean more side effects. I would start with 50mg and it will be worth it after a few weeks!

I'd say go with what feels right for you and your body, everyone is different. I started on 25mg and I'm still on that amount. I had a lot of the mild side effects such as increased anxiety which wore off after about 2 weeks and became more managable. Bit of an upset stomach every now and again. Poor sleep and fatigue, tiredness which still persist 6 weeks on.

I'm still on 25mg but considering upping. Week 5 I felt pretty good with some days of no anxiety but last week was rubbish hence considering the increase.

It takes 12 weeks approx for the drugs to level, it'll be very up and down until then.

i started on 25, went up to 50 then back down to 25 after a while when i felt better. stick with it, i was a bit scared to start with and had the odd side effect but i stuck with it and it changed my life.
