Just started and its not good

Hi all,
I started 50-mg a week ago, and have had a lot of the 1-10 side effects in addition to nausea. My GP told me to increase to 100-mg after the first week, which was this morning.
I am having a terrible time today, worse than last week.
Is this what it like?.
Not sure I can hack it for 6 weeks to see if they are right for me.

i am forcing myself to go out more. its the fear of losing control. Doing something that is so alien to my character.

going out is important. pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is important to teach yourself that despite the anxiety there is no danger and nothing bad will happen, eventually it will get easier the moor you do it. x

mine are mostly about not getting better and that I'm going to feel like this forever.
if I see anything remotely negative about not getting better I panick and fixate on that.
sometimes it will be something random like I was walking along the beach the other day to get some fresh air and had thoughts about throwing myself into the water.
I never would but it's scary none the less.
worry about not getting better for my son too a lot.
loads of stuff! wbu?

do you ever get feelings of fear

I had feelings of fear. I could not pinpoint the fear, but it was there. It was very scary for almost a week. Gradually, as the medication kept improving my symptoms, the feeling of fear disappeared.
