Just started, love to hear from somone with qaunimtible results

Hi there, 

I’m under way, only three meals in and have been sticking to my 15g per meal. I’ve cut out alcohol for one straight month and have been intermittent fasting for 1 more month with only good, low fat foods to prep my body for the tablet. I’m a realist and know results take time but can I please here from someone who is at least 1 month in, following the plan to the lettter and is having results either way. I’ve got around 29 kg to loose before I am below the obese label so am absolutely comitte d to making it work. 

Photos, stats or whatever you have would really help keep me online. Thanks all
