Just started my 6th week on Citalopram, is this a blip?

Hello, I started Citalopram 10mg 5 weeks ago and it's been really helpful for me the first few weeks. I didn't really experience any side effects. I was able to go back to work and life started to look up. However, the last three days have been rough. Constant anxiety, no motivation, constantly tired, and blurry vision. I haven't been able to sleep during the night, but find myself taking 1 hour power naps throughout the day. My anxiety is about the same as it was before I started taking citalopram. I'm just wondering if this is a blip or have the meds stopped working? I have a meeting with my doctor on monday and am wondering if I should increase to 20mg.

I spoke with my doctor yesterday and she recommended I "double dose" the last of my 10 mg pills, and when they run out to connect with her again and get 20mg for the future. I take them at night and when I woke up this morning I felt better than the last three days, but was dealing with naseau, hot flashes, kind of like a burning sensation, and it seems I'm losing my voice a little bit. I am hopeful for the future because I've seen a difference in just one day.
Hopefully things get better, i've been there.
