Just started my HRT today what should I expect?

I have just started vagifem and femoston today. I asked GP if I would have a period with these and he said to  me that it would only be for first couple of times, who has found this. ? Anyone else on these , I have read both leaflets but would like to hear someone further down the line than I am.

    Yes I am on femoston sequel and I also take vagifem twice a week and I have a period every month are you on the sequel or the conti

      Hi Joan, don’t know if it’s sequel or conti. Looked on packet to see but can’t see it anywhere . I had to take FAGIFEM every day for 2 weeks then twice. a week. But Im not feeling great giddy and dizzy so gp said come off for 2 weeks to see if it’s hrt or not.

      If your on the sequel the 1st 14 tablets are a brick colour then the next 14 are white I've been on loads of different ones these ones I'm better on but some days I feel drained and no go In me but otherwise I'm better on these hope you get sorted

      I am on Femoston 2/10, yes it is a seq type and you will have your period every month! I feel happy on it! No side effects, perfect skin, good energy, only a bit dizziness at the morning but it gets better with time! smile
