Hello,
i had a n allergic reation afrer 1st dose, sore throat and slight swelling in mouth so now i feel reluctant to restart as 2nd exposure to ssz could be worse. any advice welcome

I would call your rheumy nurse tomorrow as this isn't right!, when I tried this a few years ago I had lots of tummy pains and they tried me with something else. in my opinion u r having a reaction xx

This med was just added to Enbrel in December for me. While I don't think what I had was an allergic reaction, I won't take it again because it caused my to have a horrible headache, elevated BP (I usually have low BP ), heart palpitations, no appetite with a bloated feeling, and constipation. I see the rheumy again tomorrow and I've decided I'm only going to do the Enbrel alone and when it gets bad I'll just take a short course of prednisone. There are other meds out there, I hope you find what works for you.
