Just starting fluoxetine 20mg from sertraline 100mg

My doctor just recently switched me from 100mg sertraline to 40mg fluoxetine. I went from the sertraline straight over to the fluoxetine. So far, I've noticed that if i take the fluoxetine at night, it keeps me up & I can't sleep. Also I've been curious if hot flashes are a side effect of the fluoxetine. Has anyone ever had headaches, or a fuzzy feeling in their head when they first started fluoxetine? I am just trying to prepare myself for any side effects before they occur & I start to worry. My doctor switched me because the sertraline did not seem to be working as well for my depression. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
