i just feel like my life is a treadmill.... i feel bust, had enough, stressed and mmmm. nothing is good, being alone is best, i do everything. i can't work, i feel guilty for that, am told i"m fat constantly, have constant demands off everyone else, i don't stop, i get physically ill quickly, have no support off my husband, i feel alone, sad, frustrated, fed up and don't feel normal. does this sound like depression to you, what can i NATURALLY do about this?
