how long since you started taking 75? After 10-14 days those effects should wear off and it'll be worth it!

im only on 50mg but i am sensitive in general to medication. I still get like internal muscle twitching feelings not as bad as at the start but its not gone entirely. what are your tremors like? if you already done 8 days i would consider sticking at 75, you've probably done the worst bit

my tremors are quite bad round my chest and stomach area no appetite at all at the moment bit of palputations too i was ok on 50mg for over a year after coming off 20mg citalopram but with all the worry around at the moment i thought maybe just ask the doc if i can up it but id forgot how i felt when i first started on them i tried at the start to get on a higher dose but couldnt it seems some people just cant tolerate high doses i also take 160mg of propranolol for blood pressure and anxiety im fine on that just hope i adjust back soon im so drained and tired kind regards al

i also changed to 50mg from 20 citalopram. Citalopram did nothing to help my anxiety. Sertraline has changed my life! I also had no appetite but after two weeks it came back and anxiety went away. You 100% will settle back on 50 - its just your nervous system has to adjust to the change in serotonin levels! Remember also, everyone in the UK, US, Italy etc are feeling some form of anxiety right now regarding Corona virus. this is normal and not just to do with your anxiety condition x

I was on 50mg for nearly a year and had a dip before Xmas, Dr said I could go upto 100mg if needed. I went up by splitting it in half so I split the 50mg to 25mg and then to 12.5mg. I was on 67 for a week or two and then went to 75mg. Didn't really have any effects like the first time. Hope you get sorted.

How bad were the side effects and how long did they last when you started sertraline two years ago? You coped then, is it worse now?

I have recently started taking sertraline, 2 weeks on 25 and 3 weeks on 50. This week started well but now really struggling but know l must persevere. l am fairly new to this forum, it does help.

Thanks Al. Hope the 50 is enough to help you. l know l must keep going but it is hard when feeling ill. l have tried other antidepressants without success, seem to be super sensitive to medication generally. Due t speak to doctor next week so will keep going till then.
