On top of the terrible feelings we deal with does anyone find their self over thinking? I have this problem and its driving me nuts!!

    I was talking to one mum on the way from school. We get on well but this morning I just wanted to scrim "shut up! " she was saying how happy just happy and grey and rainy weather is ok with you.

    I'm not horrible person at all but she made me feel sick and angry and it's not me 😕

    Donna yes I get it most days but I try to shut out by doing things thinking about other things I know what your talking about you fear this fear that how your feeling I'm dying here hurting what what not well me .. Anyway my friend says let it have it say can't harm you.

    You just have keep telling yourself it's hormones nothing else and keep your mind busy,mind over matter, whenever I start to over think on things I'll do a group text to my friends and that helps truly it keeps your mind busy threw out the day , friends will help a lot.

    I've had anxiety and panic attacks most of my life. I am always telling myself "Stop it, you're being ridiculous, there is nothing wrong with you"

    Yes sounds like me. Always over thinking and in recent weeks have take up meditation and guided breathing. It helps a lot!

    OH YES! My mind is constantly rambling. No matter what I try I can't get it to quiet down. I think once my hormones are balanced and the anxiety dies down the overthinking will go away. It makes me have OCD and constant worry, thinking, and rambling.

      Hi hope, I really hope it does your mind returns to normal... I'm the same hear no matter how I try to keep busy mind seems to wonder and over think with useless thoughts...fingers cross one day it will all be over for us all Hugs xxxx

      Oh my goodness. Me too! Please someone tell me I will stop obsessing when this is all over. I try to watch tv and get into a show. Sometimes it helps, sometimes not so much. I just want to go to sleep and when I wake up this will all be over😤

      Does it work for you? I tried once and I couldn't stay still thought my head would explode!

      I do I have done everything I know to do. Today has not been a good day but I just doy best to stay positive. Thanks ladies sad

      I would end up meditating on all my symptoms lol and make it worse. I try to stay as busy as possible.

      That's what had happened to mebiggrin I had a panic attack seating there LOL..
