Just wondering what people think it could be

Long story short I've been for so many tests and not really been given any real answers apart from I've got damaged tissue fibromyalgia and IBS with possible osteoarthritis but they're saying I'm too young for it to show up(im 27 now) so since I was 12 I've been going for non-stop physio xrays and so on because I've got problems with my hips my knees my back and my wrists I try to do what I can housework wise every day which has to be done and not going to out of my way to do other thing's so i dont put myself into too much pain problem is today's got be one of the worst days I've had in a while got home from being taken to do the school run and my leg doesn't want to work and I am in so much pain from my hip down to my ankle I can't sit lie down or even stand without it hurting so much that I want to break down in tears my kids have never seen me this bad and it's scaring them as well as me and my doctors are completely useless I've had to argue to get my painkillers changed as I think I was so use the other ones they were only helping with the migraines and it's taken 2 months for them to finally change them for them to turn around and say they want to take me off my pills in a couple of months as well as my depressants so I honestly don't know what to do. Has anyone else got the same issue and what's actually wrong cause I'd love to know or if you have any idea what might be causing this as one else can seem to tell me these so-called medical professionals are completely useless

Can you try something that has worked for me, 15 years I have been having really nasty problems with psoriasis arthritis, first cousin of rheumatoid arthiritis is the way the rheumo specialist put it, not fun.  Tablets and meds have been a help, but I am allergic, or have extreme reactions to many of them, seems I am sensitive to sulfur in the drugs, and many of the treatments have sulfur in them, took the chemist to point that out to me.

I decided the only way I was going to get some relief was to try an elimination diet, started with bread, ALL BREAD, nothing with gluten in it, I feel so much better without it, and when I start to feel pain again, I have a really hard look at what I am eating, usually bread has sneaked back into my diet.

I also notice if I eat potatoe's, tomatos, I feel so much the worse for it, so am avoiding them as well.

What am I eating, rolled oats, soaked overnight and then prepared as usual for breakfast, with some brown sugar, YUMMMM, that's enough for breakfast.  Watch out, apparently some are still sensitive to oats, if that's what it is.

salad and some ham, or chicken, don't eat beef, or very little, and usually only for lunch dish, maybe only once a week.

Dinner is a chicken dish, carrots, broccoli, spinach, cauliflower, beans, keep it fairly plain, no overcooked veges.

How do I know this is working for me, my blood tests have never been lower, ESR & CRP are as low as they have ever been in the last 15 years, but I knew that because of lack of pain.

Rheumo specialist's opinion, diet should make no difference, but it does for you, so keep doing what you are doing, as its working for you, see you in six months time.

Next appt, next week, so we will see what my bloods are then.

Firstly, I am sorry your dealing with that. I am by no means a medical professional but I think in addition to trying your diet to help regulate some of the issues you've been experiencing as lyn suggested. I think a natural supplement like protandim could really help your situation. It worked on my wife's Osteo. She's a massage therapist by trade and she was able to go back to work after starting on it. It's pretty incredible. Abc primetime even did a special on it you could look up on youtube. If your interested I could forward you some websites to get more information.
