    Hi Paula,

I think a few women have said bachs rescue remedy is good for anxiety.

I have never tried kalms but my mum always had a bottle of rescue remedy in her bag. I used to use it before I went to the dentist.

Elaine, you can find Bachs Rescue Remedy in UK high street chemists or H & B

      It's a Flower remedy.

It comes in various forms...drops or pastilles

Jane has answered your question. I used to tease my mum that she was a hippy using flower juice, one day her homeopath was at her house and told be lots of actors use it to prevent stage fright, so I used it for the dentist appointment. I can't remember if it helped it was quite a few years ago. I've seen a few people use it since. Not too expensive so it's worth a try.

Hi ... yes, I find they have worked for me, during the day but not for insomnia.

I went through a pretty rough period, personal matters, and used Kalms regularly...they just seemed to take the edge off my anxiety and not at all addictive.

Always have a bottle in cupboard, but haven't needed to take for a year or so.

    Reccommended!
