Kalms Nightime Tablets and Acid Reflux

Hi all

You'll be sick of hearing from me! Has anyone taken Kalms one-a-night tablets to help with difficulty sleeping due to reflux?

My GP suggested them yesterday for both anxiety and difficulty getting off to sleep. I have taken before but being new to this acid reflux, I didn't have it then and I did find them helpful.

I just want to check that they don't make acid reflux worse?

      Valerian, theyre herbal but just wanted to check?

      I have just checked and valerian root can cause an upset stomach. You have to careful sometimes with herbal medication because the side effects aren't as well known as regular medications because they haven't had the same amount of trials.

      thank you. GP suggested and when i asked about triggering acid, she said I should try.

      Was your GP under 50? If yes, always question their medical knowledge when suggesting herbal remedies.
