KardiaMobile or Apple Watch ECG with Raynaud's? FitBit for HR?

I'm wondering if anyone out there with Raynaud's is having success monitoring their heart rate (HR) with FitBit type devices. And also wondering if anyone with Raynaud's has had success monitoring heart rhythm with the portable ECGs on KardiaMobile 6L or with Apple Watch.

My RP is usually mild & not always present.

Any experience you have to share, positive or negative, would be helpful, these devices are spendy.
