Katamine is way better than Citalopram for depression?

I've been checking out some of the medical data on this website, and I was comparing the two (link) - it seems like Ketamine has some narly side effects but is overall more effective. Here is one of the studies that I was looking at: https://www.mediboard.fyi/medical/studies/NCT00088699

Anyways, can you guys confirm what this site is saying? Any personal experiences with Ketamine?
