KEEPING AWAY MY BV WITH FRUIT!!!

Hey y’all Ive had bv for 2 years now. it stared out as a yeast infection that didn’t go away and then turned into BV. For the longest i was eating a keto/paleo diet thinking it would help; it didn’t. then i tried juice fasting, didn’t work. then i tried no sugar, didn’t work. so i was feeling like i should just kill myself at that point and then i found the medical medium. i read one of his books where he talked about fruit fear and how fruit has gotten the bad rap because of the candida craze and everyone thinks the sugar in fruit is bad. so i did some more research on candida. originally i thought it was the root of all my problems so i cut out sugar and lived on a high fat and protein diet and tried my best to stay away from sugar but it was almost impossible. I lived on canned coconut milk and avocados until i felt like i was gonna die from boredom. Then i found a paper that says fat is what feeds the bv and the medical medium believes the combination of fat and sugar feeds bv and candida and other viruses and bacteria like epstein barr virus, mono, and strepp. (PS. i found out that i have systemic strepp and the yeast in my vagina we’re eating the strepp that’s why i they proliferated and i thought i had a yeast infection. DONT KILL OFF THE YEAST just don’t feed them meat dairy grains heavy metals and other toxins and they’ll go back to maintaining a healthy balance of bacteria in your body). so i went online and found out about high carb diets especially those high in fruit and whole foods (WHEN I SAY CARBS I DO NOT MEAN BREAD RICE OR EVEN QUINOA, I MEAN POTATOES, PLANTAINS, TURNIPS, etc..). I was running out of options so i swallowed my fruit fear and went fruitarian (with some carb veggies and green veggies here and there), i cut out oil from my diet and all forms of fat, i drank a lot of coconut water with spirulina, ate a whole bunch of bananas, and did the wierdest thing: WHEATGRASS DOUCHING. i only did it for 3 days and then my issues started to subside. after that, to keep the hearing going, i bought organic cotton tampons, grapefruit seed extract, cinnamon oil, and ACV all from from whole foods. I soak the tampon in 1/2 ACV 1/2 water, add a lot of drops of grapefruit seed extract to the top bottom and sides of the tampon and then i put 1 drop of cinnamon oil on the back of my hand and take a finger and take the tiniest bit and put it on the top bottom and sides of the tampon then i push it far up there and try to keep the liquid in the tampon when i push it up inside me. i take that out in 4-5 hours and i leave 1 in overnight if the symptoms are really bad. after i did that for a few days and stay true to the fruitarian diet my BV that i’ve been battling with for almost 2 years was gone without a trace in 2 weeks. now i can have raw sex with my boyfriend and my ph is never thrown off (accept if he cums in me which i never let him do anymore). also KEY PART: i never wash my vagina with soap anymore. i only wash with ACV, grapefruit seed extract and cinnamon oil. BE CAREFUL WITH THE CINNAMON OIL IF U DO MORE THAN 1/3 of a drop diluted in water,ACV or oil IT WILL BURN LIKE HELL. But it makes the coochie smells and taste super good, don’t over use it. Alright goodluck y’all i hate to say it but for me diet has been the only cure. By the way the spirulina will help A LOT with the smell if u eat it consistently. i know it can be nasty but put it in a banana smoothie and you’ll be alright. OH NO NUTS OR NUT BUTTER SUPPER FATTY AND LAY OFF THE DATES AND ADDED SWEETENER trust me it will f**k your whole s**t up.

Hey girlie. I have been battling bv for 3 years now and at this point all thats bothering me is the smell!!! Its ruining my life. I don't know what else to do. I have tried everything. All but what u mentioned and I am gonna try this. I hope it works!!! I was just wondering if u have a problem with the smell as well and if so did this take care of it?
