i have eustachian tube dysfunction with chronic ear infections have tubes in both ears and baha implant which stays infectedHave been using manufactured ear plugs to keep water out but Doctor suggested cotton and vaselineits very messy any suggestions on keeping ears dry with other plugs or general info to help me been going on for years
