Get yourself a pelvic floor physio so you can do them correctly yourself.we need our brains to work the muscles . No device is going to strengthen them alone.
Save your money honestly .xx

Yes, I have one. I found it helped to wake up the correct muscles but that was all. My prolapses had gone too far & surgery was necessary.
My last op was November 2017 & I haven’t re-started using it yet. It was very expensive and I’m not sure it was worth it. A specialist pelvic floor physio will ensure you are squeezing the right muscles - it’s a lot cheaper. Finding the time to use it is difficult too, it’s not something you can do on the bus!

I am 5 weeks post op so am not back to using devise .
As I had torn muscles attaching to bone (avulsion) I could not activate any remaining muscle. I found it great in strengthening when you are having difficulty in either sending a message to pelvic floor muscles or when some are damaged.
Kegal exercises were just wishful thinking for me and a total waste of effort going nowhere. The pelvic physio will be able to assess you and if need be the battery powered device is the best thing. Easy to use as well.

Hello Valerie I bought the kegal ultra 20 and I'm have been using it twice a day as instructed since9th Feb. I use it in the morning with my first cup of tea and at night while watching tv . There are 20 programs one of which is a maintenance one for when you are happy with your pelvic flòr and you only do it twice a week. It does your deeper mussels . I bought it because my Dr said I had a prolapse also urine leakage and he booked me in to see my gyno last wed . She said my prolapse was slight she was very impressed with my deep mussels she said my outer nose were damaged from child birth and were not so strong she was happy to discharge me needing nothing done nut to continue excersies for life. I must add I do pelvic floor exercises as well so I do feel and lower mussel. I am really glad I bought it I will always use it and my hubby also said he can feel a big difference so that in itself is worth it. Yes it is expensive but I don't regret one penny. Making time can be hard but it's only for 12 weeks then it's just a case of keeping on top of it.

Absulutly I read all reviews some people had no difference at all a lot said it was great so I bought it with the attitude that I had nothing to lose and as I said I also did and still do pelvic exersizes. Each to his own. You have to go with what works for you and I definatly think you should read as mu h as you can from other people it all helps that's why I love this place as I also suffer from atrophy and got so much help from this site some worked some didn't but every one was honest and it's nice to know your not alone . Best wishes to you too

Speak to your consultant hun before using it. Some people still have stitches at 9 wks .I was told to leave till 12 wks.
It can't do any harm using them but they ate a little pricey. Good luck hunxx

I’m ok thanks x.
I should say I only used the Vagifem pre-op, my consultant said as I also take HRT it might be too much to have both.
