Kegels

I had a nerve saving radical prostatectomy five years ago. Didn't do the prescribed kegels very long. So I am still dealing with significant incontinence at orgasm. Enough to having just re-started kegels with a commitment to keep with it. I'd like to get some feedback as to how much improvement I might expect and how long to see it. Thanks!

I did the exercises as prescribed.....no help...I will be 8 years out from RALP and during sex, I lose all bladder control. In my case, it happens all through the intimate experience, not only orgasm. My urologist suggested I straight cath myself before sex.....seriously....bit of a mood killer.

I've spoken to a second urologist and he was also not serious about a solution. I haven't found much info to help.
