I have a Keloid that itches a lot. Oral antihistamines such as Loratidine are of no help. Any suggestions to reduce the itching?

The usual treatment for keloid itching is a steroid injection into the scar tissue. You would have to see your doctor for this.

The doctor wants to put me under full anesthesia while injecting. i don't want that. can you suggest anything to reduce itching? EVen if the keloid remains, I don't bother. Help me.

Is there a reason you dont want full anaesthesia?Another health problem maybe? These injections are quite painful.

There are also steroid tapes/plasters/bandages that can be applied. They have to be left on for at least 12 hours per day for at least 3 months. That may be worth asking your doctor about.I'm not sure they provide a permanent cure for the itching but a temporary respite may be useful to you.
