Kicked in the Groin

Recently, I've been experiencing aching in my abdomen similar to being kicked in the groin. Its occasionally, occurred in the past and resolved within a week. Recently, its every morning when I wake, last for a couple hours, then in the evening it repeats. When I move around it will temporally go away. No problems exercising. Its most noticeable when I'm not active. If I ice the area it will temporally go away. I've been check, no cancer, had ct scan and physical exams, nothing shows up. No recent injuries in that area. Everything feels normal. Moving the testes around doesn't make the aching any better worse.

I"m wandering if the growth of my prostate is putting pressure on the testicle veins simulating a groin injury? If it is, then, will a procedure such as a PAE (prostate artery embolism) or HoLEP relieve the pressure?

I'd like to say you're having growing pains "down there" but that's probably not it. Have you had sex lately? The whole morning / evening pain I'm familiar with when I haven't ejaculated in a while. When I have that pain, the pain comes up from my testes to about 6 inches up kinda at an angle.

yes to your first question . that's what I thought initially. tried a couple times but no change. mine is more like the aching effects of being kicked in the groin. the nauseating feeling you get. it's actually worse than my BPH, which I didn't think anything could top that. I'd rather have the BPH than this aching. I'm starting to think it might be irritated bowels. it reminds me of tendonitis, but in the abdomen starting around the hip bone and going down.
