Kidney disease symptoms maybe ?

I am 22 years old recently I have been having frequent urination and urgency especially right after drinking fluids, my urine is really pale yellow all the time now even when I don't drink that much water & also lower back has been having a dull achy pain , I have never had problems with urination in the past but I had protein in my pee in the past when I was 13 years old and again when I was 20 doctors where never really concerned thoo , recently went to we and did ultrasound and some blood work but doctors said everything is normal... what else test could I ask for ?

Robert, I assume a urine specimen has been collected from you and sent off for culture?  If not, then do request one - it could just be a urine infection.

Yeah have had 2 all have came back negative

, doctors keep telling I'm too young for anything serious but can I demand a kidney screening do u think my symptoms are necessary? Symptoms are only really bad when drinking any fluid especially water

Robert, have they also asked you to do a 24-hour urine collection?

When you say "Symptoms are only really bad when drinking any fluid...", what "symptoms" are you actually experiencing?

Really just the frequent urge to go pee again right after I go it's like I pee right out the water I just drank it has a light yellow pale color, then after that I pee lil streams throughout the day, and my lower back has a mild pain but not really bad

Robert, the colour sounds like a straw colour, which is fine.  It sounds as though you have been well investigated.  Could you perhaps just need some bladder re-training - some pelvic floor exercises for a start.  Speak to your doctor about it.

Robert, I thought you said in your initial post that blood work had been carried out.  In that case, with the problems you presented with, I feel sure they would have done an eGFR test.  Do make enquiries.
