Keep a close eye on how you feel.  It's possible the 10 days of Keflex have upset you and made you tired as it's quite a strong antibiotic.  Did you take probiotics with it?  It will have upset your gut (by killing the good guys as well as the bad ones) so you may have problems because of that.  Take live yoghurt or get some probiotic capsules.

Not sure what 'signs of micro-organisms' does actually mean. Did the doc do a dipstick test and see signs on that?  If your side and back are still tender (you posted 3 days ago) you should go back to the doctor.

If he wants you to have more antibiotics don't let him prescribe you Cipro (or Levo or any other FQ).  Look at the fluoroquinolone discussions on this site to see what I mean.

Hope you are ok now though.

You have a very good caring doctor see if he/she will do in depth study to get to the bottom of you problems.

My kidneys were malfunctioning and producing stones but that was never resolved & yet the urologist was a stone specialist! Another urologist stated that the stones I produced 7 long years before could have been due to an infection...... An infection I might add that was never cultured only the quick dip and =there's nothing in it regime....... which is not on.  Good doctors know full well that there is an infection but that the infection will not be detected without in depth additional testing etc etc.
