Kidney pain?

Hi i have recurrent uti's and recently been getting pain in my side and round to my back under my ribs. I also get abdo pain. Now im concerned it could be my kidneys? Last year i thought it was my gallbladder, had scans but they found nothing. But info says that kidney infections cause fever and vomiting, neither of which i have. I also have ibs but not sure that would cause back pain or uti's? anyone else had kidney problems after uti's?
