So i have inflammatory arthritis and always have flank and back pain but I've noticed if pressure is put on my mid/lower right abdomen where kidney is, it really hurts and the pain spreads to the back and middle abdomen.
i had blood tests months ago that i think came up with high potassium on kidney function.
does this sound like kidney problems?

Yes could be. I would try and get this checked out if you can. A scan may reveal if you have kidney stones. Have you noticed any blood in your urine?
