Dear Tiawana, Sorry, bit lost here ? Does the {1.2} reading refer to Creatinine levels ?

If so it could be a little better. But not disasterous. Please remember few people here are medical; don't hesitate to ask questons if there is anything you don;'t understand.

    I had levels of 200 and I didn't die!

     Normal Results

    A normal result is 0.7 to 1.3 mg/dL for men and 0.6 to 1.1 mg/dL for women.

Women usually have a lower creatinine level than men. This is because women usually have less muscle mass than men.

The examples above are common measurements for results of these tests. Normal value ranges may vary slightly among different laboratories. Some labs use different measurements or test different samples. Talk to your doctor about the meaning of your specific test results.

                                                  Good luck .  Eric F.

I would like to ask you another question referring to the puffiness

on my eyes does that have anything to do with my kidney function

and if so what can I do to rid of this problem.

Obviously I don't know and if I could diagnose through a few lines on a computer I'd be a very clever person which I'm not! As you probably already know it's a possible side effect. Or you wouldn't be asking the question.? On the other hand it could just be disturbed sleep!

Write down the questions you need to ask and take them with you next time you go to the specialist.

Many of the anxieties we feel are often just baseless worries. Obviously I know nothing about you, but you can use a computer and have access to medical services ! You write well and are obviously literate. So please, don't worry about this condition, If you are ill it will be cured and you will get better.

                                                     Best wishes, Eric

    Dear Tiawana,

Don't want you to think that I don't have time to listen or suffer from lack of caring, as I hope that would not be true.

Do hope that you are feeling better today? And that your eyes have improved?

I have just returned from a trip to the specialist myself.

                                                                      Regards, Eric F.
