kidney stone & Dioralyte

Well my friend went to the GP yesterday about the reoccurring kidney stone pain. It seems other than more bloods needed, that his on antibiotics for a 'possible' bacteria infection from where seeded bread the seeds have had some kind of trouble passing where they need to officially get to, have backed up & caused an infection. He was also given Dioralyte now does anyone no if that is 'safe' to sip seem as it's  a replacement salt method from an upset stomach from the bread, it's just kidney stones can be caused from a build up of Salt hmm 

Safe to drink or not ?
