Kidney stone in urethra

Posted , 3 users are following.

For the past few weeks a kidney stone has worked its way down to my bladder and for the past couple of days my urine flow has become very restricted. I can actually feel the stone at the base of the underside of my penis. I had the same thing 10 years ago and had the stone extracted under general anaesthesia.

Is there anything I can do or take to help move things along? I have passed stones before and want to avoid a medical procedure if possible.

The only thing I can say is make sure you drink plenty of water.

I had multiple kidney stones all year in 2017 before someone eventually agreed to remove the stones by keyhole surgery. They were too big to pass myself.

Good luck with all this I know the pain is horrible.

Take care and keep in touch.
