Kidney stone present after RIRS??

Hi

my wife undergo RIRS surgery 6 month back to remove the kidney stone of size 14*17 mm.

Doctor told us he made the dust of stone and dust will pas on its own on month or two.

after 2 month we did KUB xray and USG sonography and found the 2 stone in ureter just 1 cm above bladder . Our doctor is saying this is just dust and wait for 1 month.

we we did again did sonography followed by CT scan as and observe 2 stonHi

Just want to know if this is common after RIRS procedure or is something went wrong in operation...please suggest

    Not sure whar RIRS is.

    I had kidney stones removed surgically by PCNL a couple of years ago. No mention of any dust and everything is now fine.
