Kidney Stones ~ Helpful Tips

Posted , 3 users are following.

Bilateral nephrolithiasis  means to have stones in both kidneys.  I had stones in 2006.  My stones returned in 2016 and after several surgeries, and passing too many stones to count, they keep coming back.  So yes, I'm a stoner rolleyes  I pass stones at least once a week. Different types of stones, shapes & sizes.  Very Strange Indeed. LOL  You must keep a sense of Humor.  I take an Herb daily, it is called Chanca Piedra and drink 3 parts Cranberry juice with 1 part Lemon Juice.  Heating pad is a comfort.

Heya, have you had any stones analysed??? Mine are the most common, and the only thing I can do is drink plenty of fluids, especially water. Do you get much pain when passing your stones???

Hi Hadel  yeah some are calcium, some are uric and some are a mix.  Mine seem to be in all shapes, colors, and sizes Lol  Sometimes there is no pain, other times it's rough and extremely painful.  So I take the herb

Chanca Piedra and drink a mix of cranberry & lemon juice.  It seems to help pass them.  It's just that I can't get rid of them, they keep coming back.
