Kissed my boyfriend then got a cold sore the next day. Could I have genital herpes?

My boyfriend and I had sex the other night. We were making out and then he went down on me. The next day I realized I had a cold sore on my lip. It must have been in the beginning stage, but the actual blister formed the next day. This was not my first cold sore and I get them from time to time. I also have been tested and know that it is HSV 1 on my lips. He has never gotten a cold sore and has neither HSV 1 or 2 . What are the chances that the HSV1 on my lips could have transferred to his lips while we were kissing and then to my genitals when he gave me oral sex? Do the antibodies protect from my own virus spreading down south?

If anything your boyfriend gave you cold sores. Do you have a cold sore on your vagina or anus?

I have gotten cold sores on my lips for years, even before I was sexually active with anyone. It is a little irritated down there, but I don't see any blisters and I've been super anxious so I'm not sure what is all in my head and what I'm actually feeling at this point
