OMG! Once on each was bad enuf. How is it now? Hope theyve eventually sorted it now.

Oh wow! i have only had one, just over three months ago , i thought i was getting over the pain but it is making me feel so down and isolated any suggestions?

i'm 2 years on and still get pain and stiffness.
i take ibuprofen on bad days

Hi Ali, i over did the gardening and just dident know what to do with my leg, very sore, but after a days rest, i feel okay now the pain has gone. I know three months is very early, it just gets me down some times, i have started swimming and that helps. I have also gone back to my line dancing but am finding that very hard.
