Knee Bending probelms

Hi everyone,
I am new here. I had a surgery after a snowboarding incident and had to have rods placed in my femurs by drilling into the knee but it can be compared to the recovery of total knee replacement. I am now 3 months out of surgery and right after surgery my knee bending was about 15-20 degrees. It took me 3 months and now I am at 90 degrees. My progress has been very slow but just to rest my mind I was wondering if anyone was also experiencing this at such a slow rate.

That is very slow progress but everyone is different.
I had a PKR July 1st and it took me until July 23 to hit 90% and my Surgeon is not happy. I have been struggling to get to 100+ ROM this week.It is still early for me but I don't want to have to get MUA procedure to force more ROM.
My doctor said I would be up and around in a week or two but am still struggling with daily living going on a month in a few days.
Are you daily ROM stretches?

Yes, constantly too and I also heard that walking also helps as well as trying to climb stairs as much as possible. I did contact my surgeon to and he said it is not uncommon and that I should not jump to conclusions regarding arthroscopy and what have you.
In the next three months I hope to hit the 120 degree mark which should then enable me to go back to doing everything I did before. At the moment sitting down and standing up is a struggle at this current ROM.
