i woke up with swelling in the front and back of (pinched nerve?) my knee. but now its going on 1.5 wks and im worried. theres a click when i bend it all the way. theres alot of tension around my knee. i cant afford a dr visit at the moment, but until i can, how should i treat this other than a bandage? which has relieved the pain slightly.

Ice your knee and elevate it often and rest it. Keep using your bandage to support the knee. Ask you pharmacist for recommendations for anti-inflamatory over the counter meds. if it persists you will need to see a doctor.
