HELLO ALL

NEW ON HERE SO HELLO TO ALL ON HERE ❤ I HAVE REALLY BAD KNEES LEFT SEEMS WORSE ON THE LEFT , BOTH CLICKING AND REALLY STIFF , PAIN WHEN GOING UP STAIRS AND SAME WHEN COMING DOWN STEPS , BEEN FIGHTING WITH DOCTORS FOR A YEAR NOW TOO PUT ME ON A WAITING LIST FOR KNEE REPLACEMENTS ,TAKING LOTS OF PAIN KILLERS , CREAMS , YOU NAME IT HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING , NOW AT NIGHT MY KNEES ARE KEEPING ME AWAKE WITH PAIN AND BURNING IN THEM , GETTING SO DEPRESSED OVER ALL THIS USED TOO GO SWIMMING LAST YEAR WHICH HELPED BUT AS YOU KNOW THAT STOPPED ALL THAT , KEEP BEEN TOLD TOO LOOSE WEIGHT BUT SO HARD WHEN CANT EXERCISE WITH MY KNEES .

IS THERE ANYONE ON HERE BEEN THROUGH ALL THIS THAT CAN OFFER ADVICE AND IS ASKING FOR KNEE SURGERY THE RIGHT WAY TOO GO ??
