Knee pain after a40 min walk

Posted , 2 users are following.

Hey there,

I’m 70 yr old, in good health.

about 3 yrs ago I started to feel pain in my knees only after walking about 40-60 min’

I must sit down for a 10-20 min before I can continue.

my Doppler test was good.

Does someone know anything about what it could be?...

Thanks

Nate

    Hi Nate

Have you done a check for osteoarthritis? An X-ray or MRI would

be able to confirm it. In the early stage you might also have some knee pain when going down stairs.

      Hi Celinechee,

      Thanks for your response.

I did a Doppler . everything showed ok.

don’t have any problem walking up/down stairs.

able to run , long walks, (till the pain starts...)

      comes and goes randomly.

      Thanks again

      Nate
