Knee pain after revision

I had a revision of my knee 4 months ago and I'm still in alot of pain. Is this normal and if so, how long till I feel better? It's hurting just as much if no more than before the surgery

No different than the original tkr. You didn't mention w by hi had to have the revision but in my case the st e m broke loose and was turning inside the bone creating terrific pain and irritation. That irritation seemed to last hose re it was hard to sort out pain as I fell the day after the revision and twisted the femur into creating a need for a second surgery in 2 days. However; the overall pain was about the same. I do believe I got a better fitting prosthesis the second time

The 1st one seemed to make my foot turn out and I was continually in pain for 9 years. Just keep up the basic program and stay on pain meds and increase fluid intake.

Thanks, the reason for the revision is the implant came loose after a year I had a partial knee replacement then a year later had a total , year after that the spacer needed to be replaced going up to sizes. Year after that it was loose. Git a new surgeon waited eight months in pain then had the revision. The implant fell out without much help since it was so loose
