Hello

Please help me on this issue and let me know if you have similar problem. I live in Sweden, oneof the worst country for sick people. Recently I have knee pain after about 5-10 minutes standing and pain lasts several days, the pain can be in left och right knee and it can be anywhere around knee joint, but usually under knee cap and left and right sides of knee. I have not tried to go to doctor yet becasue of difficulty here, the knee has normal shape, noting strange but i fell my knee cap is so loose. please share your experiences if about this problem. Thanks !

Hi, it sounds like a bit what I have pains to the right & left side of knee though mine can be pulling sensations to sharp jabbs..other things as well but as hard as it is the only thing I can do is walk around with my walker to help it out up to a point then rest. very painful at time to say the least as I feel I am walking on egg shells..

just try some therapy to see if it will help you out it may, I tried it but it's not easy thinking going back into again. God bless you

Hi Sabalan, can I ask why you consider Sweden to be a poor place to live if your sick, you are the same as UK you don't have to pay so why is there a problem, you need to make an appointment and go see your Dr he really is the only one who can diagnose you, sorry but its true, once you have a diagnosis you can come back and I'm sure others will be able to tell you how they coped with it and what treatment they had.
