Hi all, during winter season my husband complains about knee pain. He is otherwise fit and active. Is there anything he can do to minimize the pain.

Hello there, maybe get him some good quality thermal long johns, or there are some lovely warm thermal jeans you can buy too. My husband swears by both & as a mechanic is out all weathers.

Voltaren Gel (RX in the US) is the best topical anti-inflammatory of the planet. But that's just deals with the symptom. He needs to see an orthopedic surgeon for an imaging study.

Hey I need help , I had TKRL in July 2017 and MUA October 2017. I lost my straighten and can’t bend my knee to 90. When I sit for 5-10 minutes it’s like the outside of my knee locks up. Surgeon says everything is scar tissue. Had a C& P doctor tell me it’s my hamstring due to non use. What can I do to get back to walking straight? Should I join a gym and work on my knee and then do the pool or sauna
