Knee to ankle and wrist to elbow pain, doctors don't know what is wrong with me?

Hello,

My name is Aggie and I need your help. About 6 months ago I decided to do some hiit cardio twice a day ( 45 min ×2) and also decided to go on vegan diet. I lost weight but started to feel worse and it seems like it affected my arms and legs the most.

It hurts when I lift heavy stuff, walk for too long or even if I cook for a long time.

I was diagnosed with b12 deficiency about the same time, got b12 shots once a month for a 6 months. My B12 levels are normal (my foltate is quiet high). I got xray done on my wrist, blood test for arthritis and electrolytes, nerve and muscle damage etc everything is normal. My doctor doesn't know what is wrong with me. He pretty much gave me antidepressant and told me to deal with it. I am still in pain. Any advice?

Hi you don't say how old you are because it might be just too much for your body to cope with, if your not getting enough protein and other nutrients then you could be starving your muscles and that probably want show up on your tests, you could even be malnourished, your not underweight are you

Sorry this has happened to you. It's just not right do all the healthy things that we hear about and something goes wrong. I do not know what "hiit" cardio is but perhaps you needed to build up to the 45 minutes twice daily. Sometimes we go overboard rather than slowly building up to where we want to be. I wouldn't be happy with my doctor if the only thing he suggests it to take anti depressants as if your pain was all in your head. Perhaps a second opinion is called for from another doctor. Good luck
