Yesterday I managed to kneel down and walked to the zoo near us which is about 500 yards away there and back

I am making sure that I don't over do the walking.

Marilyn I have to admit to a giggle as on first reading I was imagining you walking on your knees all the way to the zoo!

It is the way my head is working these days, and it is nearly my bedtime lol 😁

But I do know what you meant, and both are BRILLIANT achievements, good for you! Xxx I soooo want to kneel down. My food cupboard is low, so have only been using stuff from the front of the shelves. Wonder what goodies might be lurking at the back!

    Hello Marilyn

So you knelt down...excellent step forward.

Did you stand up before you walked to the zoo?

    All sounds fine anyway..

Good luck with more walking...The bestest exercise for hippies.

    Mic

P'S. Wondering where you live...and if there are hills?

    Good morning dear Marilyn,

That is BIG !!!!  I should really walk more too - just not so easy to get motivated when alone - and crummy weather too -

    Big warm hug
