Knot in the middle not on breast

I have this knot in the middle part of my breast, not on my breast. not sure what it is. it seems hard but not sore. it is where the middle of your bra sits. What could this possibly be.

    The breastbone or sternum is in between your breasts. If you have any mass, you should have it evaluated immediately and biopsied. You didn't state your age, whether it was mobile (moveable,) and how large the mass is.

      It is about the size of a nickel. It is below my breast but in the middle. I will be making a appointment tomorrow.
