Kudzu in the UK

Hi everyone, I was hoping to have a run with a months supply of Kudzu while trying to taper off alcohol but after reading various reports from BBC & Harvard studies I am confused as to where to buy it?

They suggest that for it to help even in a small way you need to purchase "around 30-40 percent of one of Kudzu’s active ingredients (puerarin) is advised"

In the UK most suppliers I have found only list as 500mg, 750mg or 1gm. Has anyone bought any of this and could suggest a n honest supplier, these look ok but again I dont know what % it contains? -
