Kyphosis help please

Hi guys I'm 21 years old and have had around 60-65 degree kyphosis have been to many physio's and nothing seems to work I'm in so much pain all the time I have a big pain threshold and even the specialist said I don't need surgery and should be fine ? It's been 6 years and I can't sit down sleep on my back or do anything it has been a trigger to my depression. Why does mine hurt so much compared to others ? I did pull a muscle doing a deadlift years ago and I have found it's gotten worse since then but I guess what I'm asking is, should I push for surgery ? Is there any other options... I want a career in fitness eventually and I obviously can't be helping others while I'm the one who needs help. Thanks

Hi david..my mom has the same problem and they say she has passed the stage of any medicines or injections so the only way to cure her is to do a surgery.. And they say the surgery is very helpful.. What have you done ? Are you doing any medicines for it or any surgery ?? Do u think surgery is safe ?
