I have an on going uncomfortable feeling similar to a knot in my lower back with a uncomfortable line radiating around my hips accompanied by bilateral sciatica, mostly in the left leg currently. Both thighs are consistently tight/cramped feeling, left innerside of my knee area into the calf muscle stopping at the anke is constant numbness. There is a bulging vein from my inner thigh/groin area down to my ankle on both legs, and hurt extremely bad when flared up (I believe to be associated with possible stenosis affecting veins/arteries in my pelvis area). The innerside of my knee is also constantly sensitive to touch. Randomly my toes feel as if they are on fire, and randomly I feel a intense dull pain inside the center of my feet, each foot separately each incidence. It hurts tremendously in my lower back above the already affected area whenever I sneeze or cough. I've recently began encountering cramps around my underarm rib cage area when I try to wipe my own bottom, that are so intense I have to stretch my arm up against the wall as hard as I can until it passes. I also experience leg cramping while sitting on the toilet. I often loose the ability to control urination, and regular constipation is a problem. Orthopedic surgeon says microdiscetomy or surgery will not relieve any sciatic pain due to severe stenosis. I'm currently awaiting consult with neurosurgeon.

The acute pain and numbness have been consistent since 11/02/2021.
