L4-S1 surgery noninstrumented

On July 10 th I had decompression of the nerves L4-s1 and noninstrumented fusion of L4 S1.

Right after surgery I was feeling great 90% pain free and sciatica pain on my left leg with taking Vicodin and Lyrica onece in the morning and at night. until  yesturday July 22nd. Burning pain on my lower back and part of my left leg (feels like when you workout and you get to a point it burns. From day one I have been doing light house work with very minimal twisting and bending. But yesturday started to hurt. Any suggestions? What could I have done to my surgery site. I have been very cautious. Could  the dowel shifted?
