Lab results delayed-bad sign?

So I've been having all the symptoms of some type of possible autoimmune disorder. My primary doctor ordered TSH, CBC, COMPREHENSIVE METABOLIC, ANA, ESR, and CRP on Friday. I know the last three will take awhile to come back. My TSH showed up on mychart online the same day and was normal. But it's the end of the day on Monday and no CBC or Compmet results yet. They have a disclaimer that they wont post labs patients can see on their mycharts if they are concerning and you need to be seen. They havent called, maybe waiting for the other labs to result? I'm a little worried....anyone else experience this?
