Labia Minora bump? Any ideas?

Hi there,

I've been looking everywhere online and I have had zero luck trying to find an answer so I decided to give here a shot.

I noticed this little red bump on the top of my labia minora (right underneath the clitoris). It looks a bit swollen and it is sensitive to touch. (It almost feels the way a clit would feel when being rubbed raw). I did notice a small bump on the outer side of that labia minora too but I can't be certain that wasn't there before.

I've had Bartholin cysts in the past so I know it is not that and I do have genital herpes and it doesn't seem like it is an outbreak either. I really don't know what it could be. If anyone might have any ideas that would really help.

If need be I'll even attach a picture.
