Labia minora quickly disappearing!!

How exactly can fused skin (labia minor, cltoris) be unfused/released from borax or baking soda baths? Isn't the skin healed and all one now? I need some happy stories

I’ve got some to use but I’m still healing from my biopsy so not sure if it will be ok until I’m fully healed

I use Borax
I bought a portable bidet (cheap as chips off Amazon ) put 1 good teaspoon of Borax in 3 litres of water
amount can be adjusted to your own needs. ( please remember Borax is a laundry agent so should be used with caution)
Please ladies ensure the Borax you use is 20 Mule Team it is 99.9% pure with no nasties added.
I used it only 6 times but no longer as my vaginal /anal area seems to be in remission 🙏🏻🙏🏻 So I am only using a teeny tiny bit of Betnovate twice a week and coconut oil as moisturiser
Love x

I think steroid cream (betnovate) has helped reverse some of my fusing and seems to have done it quite quickly, no idea how it has because, like you, I felt it was all one and 'healed'. My GP has now said to stop steroid for a month. I also use borax by swabbing it on which relieves irritation and is soothing but I don't know how much this has helped with the unfusing.
I am also not as stressed as I was when LS was diagnosed (my mother was very ill) and I really believe this has helped me improve.
Good luck, keep faith!

Thanks.
I wish I could find/see pictures of other women's fusing and whether mine is hopefull of unfusing or not. I have nothing to compare to except the pictures in google that show women completely shut. I want to see before and after pictures from baking soda baths, borax, steroid cream. I'm worried I left this too long and I'm too far gone.

I'm so sorry. Idk how to help, but I'm in the same boat, sinking quickly.

You can try baking soda baths and Emuaid to see if they help. I've been on Estrace cream now and the fusing has gotten better. My architecture is somewhat better too, but it will never be 100% normal. Borax gave me an allergy reaction, so that doesn't work for me. Emuaid First Aid cream is very soothing. Best wishes. I have not had any flare ups since I started using Clobetasol twice a week for the past 6 months. I hope this cheers you up.

MapleSyrup - I agree it's difficult knowing how bad your fusing is compared to others. I think Alistar's advice of taking photos is a good idea although it's difficult to do, but that way you can see if there are tiny improvements. We all know LS can't be cured completely unless you are very young and grow out of it, but I now realise that all these remedies can improve things and keep it at bay somewhat, which I guess is the best we can hope for. Someone on here called all these creams and potions our 'arsenal' and that seems a very accurate description.

If I am supposed to put clob ointment on at night, how do I prevent fusing (it's so dry), can I put Vaseline on after the clob?

He said even with the Anesthetic it would be uncomfortable. I asked if it was detrimental to my health to leave it alone,he said no so I am leaving it fused. I just use coconut oil for moisture. Never have use the Clob.
